Dollar Moves Slightly Higher And Gold Slips On Strength In T-Note Yields

  The dollar index ( DXY00 ) on Friday rose +0.087 (+0.09%).  EUR/USD ( ^EURUSD ) rose +0.0004 (+0.03%).  USD/JPY ( ^USDJPY ) rose +0.39 (+0.35%).  The dollar index ( DXY00 ) on Friday moved slightly higher.  Strength in T-note yields on Friday was supportive for the dollar, along with signs of expanding U.S. manufacturing activity. Gains in the dollar were limited after a rally in the S&P 500 to a new record high on Friday curbed the liquidity demand for the dollar. EUR/USD ( ^EURUSD ) on Friday posted modest gains on signs of economic strength in the Eurozone.  The Eurozone Jul Markit composite PMI rose +1.1 to 60.6, stronger than expectations of +0.5 to 60.0 and the strongest pace of expansion in 21 years.  Also, the ECB's Survey of Professional Forecasters raised their Eurozone 2021 GDP forecast to 4.7% from a prior view of 4.2%.  USD/JPY ( ^USDJPY ) rallied to a 1-week high as the yen weakened after a rally in stocks reduced the safe...

এগুলো খান, ভালো ঘুমান

  কলা, দুধ, ডিম, মিষ্টিআলু, মধু, ওটস, আখরোট, কাঠবাদাম, ডার্ক চকলেট, পালংশাক—এগুলো খেয়ে দিব্যি ঘুমাতে পারেন। আমের সময় রাতে দুটো পাকা আম খেলেও ভালো ঘুম হবে। পাকা আমে প্রচুর ট্রিপটোফ্যান থাকে; যা নিদ্রাকর্ষী রাসায়নিক হিসেবে কাজ করে। দুধেও থাকে অ্যামাইনো অ্যাসিড ট্রিপটোফ্যান। তাই আমের মৌসুমে যদি রাতের খাবার হিসেবে গরম দুধে আম মিশিয়ে খান, তাহলে তো পোয়া বারো। আখরোটেও থাকে এই ট্রিপটোফ্যান।   শরীরে ভিটামিন ডি-এর অভাব হলে ঘুম কম হয়। মস্তিষ্কের নিউরনের যে অংশ ঘুমের সহায়ক হিসেবে কাজ করে, ডিটামিন ডি সেটাকে সক্রিয় করে। আর ডিমে থাকে ভিটামিন ডি। পটাশিয়ামযুক্ত খাবারেও ঘুম পায়। কলা আর পালংশাকে আছে প্রচুর পটাশিয়াম। মধু সেরোটোনিন ও মেলাটোনিন তৈরি করে। এই দুই হরমোনই ঘুমপাড়ানি মাসি আর পিসি। তাই নিয়মিত মধু খেলে ভালো ঘুম হয়। কাঠবাদামের ম্যাগনেশিয়াম ও ট্রিপটোফ্যান স্নায়ু এবং মাংসপেশিকে শান্ত করে। ফলে ভালো ঘুম হবে। শস্যজাতীয় খাবারেও গভীর ঘুম হবে। এসবে সেরোটোনিন নামক শিথিলকরণ হরমোনের নিঃসরণ হয়, যা গভীর ঘুমের জন্য দায়ী। এ ছাড়া এতে থাকা ম্যাগনেশিয়ামও দেহের মাংসপেশি শিথিলকরণে সহায়ক। ডার্ক চকলেটেও সেরোটেন...
